Blog November 6th, 2015
Hello all! Thank you for taking a moment to read my Third Day Soaps Garden blog post!
Its such a beautiful day today in Pittsburgh, in the low 50’s and the sun is shining brightly! Today I am listening to a podcast with Tim Ferriss. If you have not read the 4-Hour Work Week, you should..it has changed my life dramaticallly. The book is so different from any self-help book I have ever read..the tips and strategies to get your life, business or career ideas are ones you can use immediately and see huge results. For instance, getting my natural skin care business to run smoothly has been a challenge lately because of the recent rapid growth. In the last few years with teaching skin care classes, volunteering, farmers markets, 3 online eccomerce stores and formulating products is exhausting. Thank god, I love my business because it would be hard to maintain..my passion for creating natural healthy skin and body care products is at an addicitive level..In this blog post will be included is Third Day Soaps Gardens Holiday Gift Buying Guide. I also added a healthy recipe for making a french clay, honey and oatmeal facial mask great for all combination skin. The nutrients from the clay deep cleanses, the honey acts as an antibacterial and antiviral which protects your epidermis. The Oatmeal soothes and calms irritated skin.
There are only (3) more Sundays that Third Day Soaps Garden will be at the Squirrel Hill Farmers market in Pittsburgh , Pa. It has been a great season..hardly any rain to dampen traffic and lots of summer sun to get people out and about to see me, and of course my products. Theres nothing better than pulling up to the market and seeing farmers setting up the beautiful vegetables and fruits. Being part of the farmers market circle has a way of rubbing onto you by helping you buy and eat healthier foods. It has been that way for me..Since last November 2014, I have lost over 40lbs. if you looking for a way to encourage yourself to eat healthier visit your local farmers markets as much as you can. One of the most memorable things that I enjoyed was the celebration of my 3 grandchildren’s birthdays including their fathers’ is in September…not to mention my niece whom I adore, who host a fantastic spiritual blog called: Sincerely Ms Lyndsey. Check it out. Your inner peace will love it! Enjoy the recipe.
French Clay Facial/DIY

Combine these ingredients together in a glass bowl. Once incorporated you may apply it to your face and neck area. Store for 7-10 in the refridgerator. Use daily in the evening; follow up with your favorite moisturizer. You will see a dramatic difference the first time you use it. You should experience, firmer, softer brighter skin.
